Is there a SureFire historical/museum page?

As I learn more about the SureFires I am interested in seeing pictures of some of teh early lights produced by Laser Products. This would include pictures and stories and history behind them. What models are collectable? What special/custom lights ahve they done? Does anything like this exist? The SureFire home page leaves me wanting more...

My hard-drive contains pretty much every SureFire photo I've ever seen. It'd take ages to organise it though and even longer to put it online!

Burn them to a CD/DVD and post it in the Passarounds section. :lolsign:

If you check out my website gallery you may notice that several of the photos have been posted twice - because I forgot I already uploaded them. There must be about a hundred or so photos online. I have several thousand saved in addition to the ones I've taken myself. I honestly don't think I'll ever be able to share it whole. On a case by case basis I can search through for specific models though.

Size 15 I have seen all the modern lights (1998 to present). Guess I had to narrow it down I am interested in the first 10-15 lights Laser Products sent out of the assembly line. Are these on your web site already? I haven't seen a link yet. Thanks for sharing your knowledge and pic's.

:sssh: Not only that, but I'd imagine there are some "special" protos pictured that would require Al killing us all if we learned about them.
:duck:

 I wonder who has the second largest SF collection in the world?

I have a good number of Surefires, so does qarawol, and jtivat does as well (or used to). I also have a few overseas contacts who have a good number of rare ones but not a large number overall, along with one other domestic gentleman in this catagory as well. Other than Al those are the top few I know of. :)

I still have a good size collection but it is not what it used to be :)

I have a couple lights E2E, E1E, 6P, 9P all that have no serial number markings. Is there any way to guess the year of manufacturer? The 6P and 9P say Laser Products on the end. The E models say Surefire.

Size 15, you should really consider putting up a short Surefire history. I always know when I see you post on Surefire it will be accurate, add in your relationship with PK and you are perfectly placed to write a short history possibly with some small unknown anecdotes. I know many here and elsewhere would be interested.
