Thanks Sasha and the computer dudes for avoiding a CPF system crash this January. I saw lots of "the server is busy" dialogs but they are spaced far enough apart that I can continue.
I tend to get cooped up indoors during the winter. It has not been that cold this year but the wind never stop. With no CPF I would have been bored silly.
