If Kai made those with metal reflectors instead it would prolly sell much better, it already has good 2 modes level of 350/700 and nice regulated runtime.

Metal reflector wont cost much more (perhaps $1?).

Here's hoping Kai will bring out a metal reflector version soon!

I got mine today.
Some observations:
-some sort of linear regulator. Forget about running rated power at low temperatures when batt voltage drops.
-have 4 pcs completely useless O-rings (wrong size, wrong everything)
-copper ring between emitter and body about 1.6mm too high
(with lower copper ring the headpiece would turn completely to the body, not 1½ turns only)
-Glass mounting ring(whatever) with one of the worst threads ever. Removing the o-ring between glass and head helps a little.
-At least the one I got have much better reflector than Elly for example, not see-trough variety.

IMO good value for the money, but obviously you get what you pay for. Elly modded with Cree is better overall IMO.
