Tail cap question...please make me smarter

For the 6P-9P series I am looking for a tailcap with the strobe function. What mosel tailcap is this? How does the constant on and momentary on work with this? Is it a 3 function tailcap being momentary, constant, and strobe?

G&P has a tailcap w/ strobe. lighthound.com has them. Press once from constant on/ hold down for strobe. Works best on LED's. Incans strobe, but not as well. I have one on my 6P with a KL1 head & G&P tailcap. I like it a lot! Pretty cheap too!
