I had 2 Mag 2D with 2D-8AA holder, original reflector,UCL,a downboy750mA,and a luxV WWOT.
Nice and bright lights.
Modded one with a SSC P4 U

In sidespill: no difference=ok
In throw: WWWOOOWWW great difference, ok the hotspot is a little smaller (when perfect focussed), can even focus like the luxV if i want, but throw reduse then (ofcoarse).
Sorry, no beamshots :huh2: because i modded the other one also: longer runtime (downboy pulls 300mA on 8AA alkalines), less heat (losses), and ofcoarse MORE light!!!
