From what I can tell the latest version of the KL3 head has a Fresnel optic although I'm a little confused as to why the Surefire website shows both versions. What I'm wondering is if the Fresnel design is only used for the white beam version. Is it also used for the red or green beam versions? Anyone have one that can confirm this?
