Its stated that these models are water resistant, so i thought id just check out how well if one was used out in a heavy shower. So i took mine in the shower with me and left it on the ground while i showered. Checking it later there was a fair bit of water inside, that even when it was on the charger the lens fogged up...
So there not too water resistant. On many occasions when i got my older SL-20X dirty i took it in the shower to get it cleaned off while cleaning myself, and never seems to get any moisure inside.
I havent taken the LED model apart yet, but the 20X has a rubber seal around the switch, if someone has taken theres apart, is that rubber seal still there in the LED version?
