Cree XR-E lights with optics?

My Longbow Micra has a Cree XR-E with an NX-01 optic and has a very nice beam. That was my mod though and I do think the manufacturers are missing out on the fact that the Cree looks very good with this optic and probably some others versus the rings many have had issues with. I can't pull it out of my memory if someone does have one with an optic or if that was just someone else doing a mod with one. Hopefully in the future some manufacturers will make some available this way.

The Striker VG and be converted...and is awesome....try Battery Junction...he might soon offer it....they made 15 and sold out instantly -175 Lumens

I would want to know what specific optic the light contains before I purchase.
Optics designed for Luxeon lights will function with the Cree, but not very well.
The Cree XR-E has a significantly different beam pattern than the Luxeon LEDs.
Optics designed specificaly for the Cree are best, and have started to become more available lately.
They are available from Cree, Carclo, Fraen, Khatod, Ledil.
