rex light on ebay?

Did an ebay search today and found this: http://cgi.ebay.com/3-Watt-CREE-Led...9QQihZ003QQcategoryZ60840QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem Looks like the rexlight but I cant see any markings on it. Seems to be pretty good price. Anyone have more info on this?

That looks nothing like a rexlight... its a Fenix P1D rip-off and I think someone posted a thread about how bad quality it was... I can't seem to find the thread now though
