Hey Guys,

I'm hoping someone can answer this.

If I have a SureFire L6 and the famous L6PK (Porcupine),
are the heads interchangeable with the bodies??

As far as the internals go on the heads, do they have the same
size reflectors????

Thanks!

Ray

The question would be can I switch the LED assembly in a modded L6 into my PKL6? Also, can the standard L6 body be used with the Z46 head? While we're at it, is there an adaptor to use the Z46 head on a C2 body?

Porcupines are called "-PP"
L6-PP
L2-PP
U2-PP
etc

Yes, the L6-PP body and it's KL6-PP bezel are interchangeable with normal L6's and M3's and M3T's etc etc

The L6 and M3 (and M3T) bodies are the same except the laser etching so yes, the L6 body will accept the Z46 bezel.
(The Z46 bezel is the "M3" bezel)

SureFire does not make an adapter collar to allow the "M3" bezel to attached to a standard body (such as a 9P/G3/C3)

I hope this helps?

Al :)

Thanks 15's but can I pull out the internal LED assembly from his modded L6 and put it into my PP head? I apologise if you already answered this but sometimes the lingo confuses me.
