Materials for modding a 2D Maglite into a Quad Cree

The materials I need to include are

Four Crees
One Shark Converter
One Perfect XR19 Cree Heatsink D
One 2D to 8 AA Battery Holder
Four McR-19XR reflector
One 2D Maglite Torchlight

What else do I need?

I'd say a glass AR lense, a bit of solder and some wire. If you add common sense and decent tools you shouldnt have any problems.

So I have all the core materials, did I miss out anything else? Thanks Brum

I plan to fit a 55mm Hoya skylight filter glass to replace the plastic one. :grin2:

Not to forget some AA-epoxy, teflon-wire and a DMM would be good to test the isolation of the Led's on the heatsink (but 2Alky-AA's will work too). Alcohol cleaner for the solder joints.
Something to snip the corner's at the Led's is also helpful.
