Non-cree and non-seoul stuff has become incredibly hard to sell lately...
I tried to sell brand new DB and NG TX0H LE for $45 shipped lately with NO buyer  :ohgeez:

Good luck!

Yes .... thanks for reminding me - to all you modders you can just swap the
emitter - its still worth it just for the rest.

The emitters are only worth about $10 after all.

Will the reflector on any of the Aleph bezels need to be changed to accommodate the Cree?

From what I understand, it would be better to replace the luxeon with
an SSC-P4-U (Seoul) rather than a Cree-XRE .....

This would involve a shim, electrical isolation of the slug
and cutting the tabs off and this is relatively easy to do.

The Seoul L.E would then fit straight into an Aleph-1 or Aleph-3 head.

For an Aleph-2 with this setup, the McR20-Seoul from the Sandwich Shoppe
can be used or an ordinary McR20 will need a bit trimmed off the smaller
bit near the led.

A Cree would work with Aleph-2 or Aleph-3 heads but is not suitable
for Aleph-1. The reflectors for the Aleph-2 and Aleph-3 heads would
definitely need to be trimmed until the correct focal point is achieved.
