What star MCPCB for use with a Seoul emitter?

I couldn't find an answer for this - looking to replace a few stars with the Seoul emitters, and would like to mount them on stars- what kind do I need, and where I can buy them? Will those for sale for the luxIII work? Do the stars typically insulate the slug from electrical current or no?
