Does anyone know about the Princeton Tec Torrent? I tried a google on candlepowerforums.com for '(PT or "Princeton Tec") torrent -bit' but all it talks about is file sharing.

I am wondering if the Xenon version is regulated;
if the parts are swappable between the 3 Watt LED and the 7.5 Watt Xenon;
if either can use Sanyo eneloop AA-cells;
if it is focable;
if it is replacing the Surge.

Interesting, I tried google on candlepowerforums.com and could not find this thread.

According to (
http://www.brightguy.com/products/Princeton_Tec_Torrent_LED.php ) the 3 Watt LED can use Sanyo eneloop AA-cells.

Looks like it is 47 lumens regulated for 4.5 hours then unregulated for a total of 30 hours with 8 AA-cell alkalines. I am glad when they do list regulated and unregulated for their lights.

At $50, I wonder how it stacks up to the $54 Fenix L2D CE for runtime. The biggest advantage over the L2D CE would be waterproof to 100 meters.
