Fenix PD1 Modification, Anyone Interested?

I am interested in paying some one to modify a Fenix PD1 or PD1 CE, or create a torch with the same size specs as a Fenix PD1.

Below are the requirements for this modification;

1. Use one SCC P4 LED
2. High mode equals or exceeds 185 Lumens.
3. Model able to stand up right.
4. High mode runtime at least 30 minutes
5. LED Lifespan at least 15,000 hours
6. Able to use 1 CR123A and/or 1 RCR 3.6/3.7 rechargeable.
7. Heat controlled so that it does not melt!
8. Same size as the PD1
