My friend got a SF M3 Combat light. He is on his second sets of batts, and just experienced a burned out bulb!

The light went dim after the second sets of batterys, he thought it was the batterys that was empty, but fresh ones didnt help, so he took out the bulb and saw that it had burned out.

Have any one else experienced this? Or know what could be wrong? Is it just a bad bulb? Or could the light be broke?

He bought the light bran new so its a bit strange....

It can happen with any bulb. Give SF customer service a call and they'll most likely replace the bulb.
I have tried it with countless bulbs for Maglites, cars and actually a SF A2 bulb as well.
Again, Surefire usually replaces bulbs that burn out prematurely.

Yes, it probably most likely was a faulty bulb. Call surefire, they should replace it without a problem.

Ok! that sounds good! Do they treat customers the same around the world? If they do it is very good customer service!

Will tell my friend that! Thanks

yes, SFCS will look after you regardless of where you are in the world.

I've had 2 MN10's go bad on me and they're replaced them no questions asked.
