Can you run 2x17670s' in an M4 w/LED?

I got 2 AW 17670s to run in my Seoul modded G&P 1W and 3W drop ins, but they don't really last long at all before the output starts to drop and thats' with the 1W. The 3W doesn't run much higher, but I won't even attempt to run a 17670 in there. Anyway, the idea I'm kicking around is to get a M4 with the DIY tower module kit from AW running a Flupic 2.2 on the 2 - 17670s. Is that doable? I also thought about getting a 9P+Detonator extender+Seoul modded G&P 3W running on the 2x17670s for a MUCH more economical solution. Even seeing if one of those Leef bodies would do the trick, like that 2x18650 body...waddya think?

A leefy body on an M3 head turbo or standard, with a tower module would be amazing, you would be quite happy with such a set up, or so I predict.
