Didn't know where to post this, so here goes...

I need a tiny, very dim light that lasts a long, long time! The light is to be glued on a small word processor so that it can be used in a dark car at nights.

Here is the item it is to be used for...

So this light must be small and long, just enough to illuinate the dark text on this small screen. BTW, this is a great word processor from Alphasmart if anyone needs a kickin' word processor that can last for seven straight months on a single change of batteries!

Help is appreciated!

Try Borders or B+N (just about any book store). The Itty-Bitty Booklights they sell there should do the trick.
LED, watch battery type, clips on to just about anything.
Good Luck!

Does it have a USB port? If so, try a USB "snake-light."

IMO, though, if that thing doesn't have a backlit screen, it's a design flaw. Even my ten-year-old Newton MessagePad is backlit (and sees daily use).
