look at this light as being a L1T with an 14500 Li-Ion
(except for less throw "thanks" to the optic, single power (less bright than L1T, more runtime) vs. 2 stage, WAY 2 expensive for the features, better grip on body).
The L2D-CD and L1D-CE mulitlevel, HA lights smoke it, the LedLenser is still a Lux III
