Will these fit an unbored Mag body? Can batteries be charged without unloading from carrier?

Yes, and It depends. IIRC FM is the only source for Mag battery carriers that allow charging while the batteries are in the body or in the carrier (outside the light). I suppose that you could use magnets and leads to connect the MM battery carrier and your charger. Someone with more experience with the MM carrier may have a solution. I typically take my batteries out of the MM carrier for charging.
