Sold/Expired WTB Tri or Quad Lux/Cree Maglite

I've always loved these so I'd like to try and pick one up. I'm not really picky about whatever configuration, but if I had a choice I'd love one of the shortened ones or especially a HA III Nat one of any size.

Can have 3 or 4 Emitters, prefer Seoul or Cree but good 'ol Luxeon is fine

Once again I have flashlight envy. Finally, an LED based light that screams TORCH! Let the light shine in.

At max setting, 1000mA is being delivered to each LED. I would guesstimate perhaps 800 lumens coming out the front end....

Runtime on max would be around two hours.... :rock:

Hmm, i have always 4-5 seul or crees in a mag head all running off standard D cell nimh's.

Conversion to quad-CREE was done by none-other-than Mac himself! :rock:
I think I can live out my flashaholic life through Mac and Fivemega alone.... :laughing:

-Lux measurement on high at 1m was 15.580 Lux

The Cree XR-E P4 leds are rated 80.6 – 87.4 at 350mA. At 1A it is twice as much.
This means in case of a quad we have 4x (80.6 – 87.4) = 322.4 – 349.6 Lumens at 350mA and 2x (322.4 – 349.6) = 644.8 - 699.2 Lumens at 1A

Have you looked at any Elektrolumens lights?
How about 6 SSC P4s?

Not quite as 'high-end' as the lights above, a bit more - brute force (and a bit cheaper too)
I have a 2D/6AA LIII version and that is a very nice light
There is also the Little Friend 3x SSC P4s
