Just something I've been wondering about today. I know that HA varies in shade from batch to batch, but did SF recently change the color more dramatically? The last few SFs I've had (all more than a couple years old) were a greenish color. The new head and tailswitch I got on my M6 today are more of a matte charcoal.

My new L4 is much darker in color compared to my older SF HA III lights.
(I know its a new L4 because SF shrunk the body so you can't fit a 17670)
