Surrounding the existing LED is white material and it also covers both leads. What is the best way to remove this material and then I presume I will also need to unsolder both leads? What is this material by the way?
Also..
How do I clean the new P4 Slug and the heat sink surface I removed the LED from? What is the best way to do that before I use Arctic Silver and perform the mating with the new LED and surface?
