I will kill myself for putting this up for sale cause the labour on these is much more than 3 x flupic!

Anyways, I have the following board sizes available for $25 each. Custom programming is $10 extra.

1. 0.55" (13.97mm) - 0.063" (1.6mm) thick
2. 0.55" (13.97mm) - 0.024" (0.6mm) thick
3. 0.66" (16.87mm) - 0.063" (1.6mm) thick

Total thickness of board is 0.239" (6.07mm) for 1.6mm thick boards including the battery contact nub and subtract 1mm accordingly for 0.6mm thick boards.

The default UI is supposed to be a simple one and it consists of two fully buck/boost regulated levels only.

For low, I prefer 50ma
For high, I have 400ma, 500ma, 750ma*, and 850ma*

for *, use only li-ion ONLY

The UI:

1. LOW - HIGH - LOW - HIGH - LOW - HIGH - OFF - SET_UI
2. HIGH - LOW - HIGH - LOW - HIGH - LOW - OFF - SET_UI
3. (LOW) - (HIGH) - STROBE - BEACON - OFF - OFF - SET_UI
4. LOW - HIGH - STROBE - BEACON - OFF - SET_UI
5. STROBE - HIGH - LOW - SOS - OFF - SET_STROBE - SET_UI

Thanks Chimo!

All I have to say is that people better snap these up before Kevin changes his mind. (sorry Kevin). :grin2:

I have one of these I set the drive levels at 60/400/460 (early release :)) in an ArcLS with a custom heatsink, Cree XR-E, Q3 reflector. Note that the UI is different in the model I have. It's a great combo!

Since I already had a file in Visio it only took a couple of minutes to mod it to the new UI. Here you go:

What would happen if a regular AA battery was used with one of the high-current (750, 850mA) boards in high mode?

First of all, minimum input voltage should be around 2.4V so 1 AA battery wouldn't work too well. If you put a primary at around 3V and try to boost it to 850ma, it will sag and the converter will be out of regulation and all you'd get is around 600ma. You can try with 3 1.5Vs to get 4.5V.

I see the min Vin is 2.4 and max is 5.5 so that makes it a buck boost regulator.

do you have more info on this board, ie what is the boost voltage (for serial attached leds) etc.
