Wolf Eyes Body Sizes

Hey everyone,

Does anyone know whether the WE bodies for any given light are the same length for the rechargeable and non-rechargeable (X) version? So, for example, would the body of the 6A Sniper and the 6AX Sniper be the same exact length? Thanks!!

I can tell you that the nine series lights are, as you can go directly from rechargeables to primaries without even changing the bulb. Just change the batteries and you are good to go.

Yes, they are. However, the 6P (fixed, nonremovable tailcap) may be a bit shorter than a 6 with a removable clickie. Also, an LED tailcap will make the body shorter, as will the 36mm head vs. the 42.

Thanks Grey and Paul! Didn't know they ever made a 6P. So, even though the tailcap and bezels may change the overall length of the light, the bat compartment should be the same length across the entire series (6, 9, etc)...right? Thanks again!

Well, no: The 6-series holds two 123A cells; the 9-series holds three; the M90 holds four.
