Peter, I know you have many things going. Maybe this is a simple idea that can be implemented with few design modifications to the original ARC AAA.
How a bout a 2AAA version with a pocket clip? The original switch is adequate but a 'pen clicker' would fit this type of light better. I think it would be a better solution to the Streamlight Stylus. Especially since AAA's are easier to find and cheaper to buy than the AAAA's.
