For an inexpensive yet functional option, try out the Maglite belt ring. It is a ballistic nylon loop that attaches to one's belt, and has a black plastic ring through which the battery handle is inserted. It works pretty well with my 2x18650 Leef body + KT4, as well as my Dominator.
Any of the nylon tube style holsters made for common duty lights should work, if you just want something simple. I have a Blackhawk one made for the SF 8AX/SL Stinger that has a removeable flap, and works fine with the UltraStinger and a Leef 2x18650 body+KT2 turbohead.
