Surefire Hacked ARC-

picture in your mind a p60 module. now picture an arc in place of the bulb. well thats what i did. i drilled the reflecter and put a arc head in it. then i conected the contacts to the springs. after that i made a spacer out of a dowel. put the lamp assy. in and load the spacer and a AA in and your ready to roll.

this is instaled in my 6p and a green led aaa arc were used. the green led completes the tactical feel of the light. at any time i can swittch to incandecent but for now this allows me to affordably use a light that i love without guilt. yes this works in a lx or anything a p60 module fits in.

Hey Aragorn, are you saying you put that in a 2 cell lithium light? Wouldn't that fry the single LED from an Arc or it's step up converter. Maybe I don't get what you made.

Confused?
