SSC U-Bin, Wizard2 750mA, AW 14500 Li-Ion Cell, 20mm IMS

Its very small, handy and powerful. I bored the tube a little bit out for a better thermal contact.

Some "Victims" who played the first time with this Flashlight looked just once in the beam... :poof:

~150 - 160 "bulb lumens" :)

Update:

Re: Pocket Thrower

Very nice. Could you give some more details on how it all goes together. Is the heatsink the emitter sits on a drop in unit? Or did you make it yourself? Where did you get the short mini mag from?
And of course, can I be the first to say..........
Beamshots please!

Re: Pocket Thrower

The Emitter is on a 14.5 x 8 Alu-cylinder with a d14 x 4 bore, filled with glue (Araldit crystal) for the Wizard2. I cut and threaded the tube my self and its slittly bored. (The original tube is deformed from knurling.)

Re: Pocket Thrower

I just gave a blue one to a friend as a present, it had a lux driven at 1A and it would hurt the eyes even in broad daylight. I have another black one with 8 leds stuck into it. As far as i am concerned, this is the best keychain light EVER. Smal very nice looking, tough and with about an hour run time with all that brightness, man it ia AMAIZING. Awesome work man, enjoy it.

Very nice mod! :goodjob: :twothumbs

How much did you bore the body?
The pill is also very nice. I suppose it fits snugly?
Did you use thermal paste?
