Is there anywhere selling drivers that have two or three adjustable levels for a cree 1W LED? ....I have wanted a bicycle helmet-mount light for some time, I have looked around and there's nothing good for cheap. All the expensive setups are 10-15W HID lights, which is more light than I really need--and they cost $250-$500, which is way more than I'd want to pay.
What I'd really like is a fairly-compact driver for a single-LED light with at least two or three levels that I can set myself somehow--but I doubt the highest setting would be much above 1W. I've seen the stuff at theledlight, but none of that has multiple levels. Any ideas?
