New flashlight from TerraLux

Has anyone heard of this before?

It looks suspiciously a lot like the Nuwai X-3: http://www.flashlightreviews.com/reviews/nuwai_x-3.htm

Any thoughts?

I believe its a renamed light coming from Nuwai, I am not sure but other than the apparent clip extender everything else looks...too uniform

Looks like a Luxeon based light. With the availability of LED's that put out twice as much light, it's interesting to see people still using Luxeons in new products.

It's an X-3 alright. I have one, and it's a nice light for a luxeon.

Gee, i was hoping this was a CREE or SSC UPGRADE

for my Nuwai X-3, which i rcd. in early June 2006.

(sigh)
