arc-ls first? Gransee!

i have been away for awhile but i put my name on a waiting list to get an order for a new arc-ls 1st but never got any emails about it.was i overlooked or just nobody got to me yet.

it was long enough ago that i wouldve thought i would have heard something by now?

if i remember correctly it was right after you released that there was to be an arc-ls.

Here's the timeline:

1. Announced product
2. Took reservations
3. Took orders for some of the reservation holders (reservations where only good for a limited time, unused reservations are now void)
4. Put those orders on hold until the product is made
5. (present) shipping back orders
6. (future) begin accepting new orders

If you send me an email with your name and reservation number, I would be happy to see where you fit in.
