What is the difference between a regular ARC turquoise and a ARC turquoise EV? Is the EV brighter than the standard turquoise?

Are the ARC AAA EV ChemKoted? I just ordered an EV and wondering if it's worth it. Is it noticebly brighter than the regular turqoise? Thanks
