Hello all! I've been away for quite some time and looks like I'm back into flashlight modding. I've recently started TypeII anodizing on a small scale and now that I'm comfortable with it, I've got a bead blasted stripped 2C mag that I want to turn into a LuxIII mod. I've got a lot of reading to catch up on the latest technology with the luxeons and new leds....

Welcome back, I haven't been here long enough to say that but I hope people don't mind.

Go for a seoul Mod, twice as bright.

Seouls and Crees are the new wave of LEDs, twice the efficency of Luxeons. But they have a different emission pattern, Crees emitt a narrower angle of light and Seouls are simular to the Luxeon's emiting range.
