Sold/Expired Who can mod my MagLED with a Seoul?

I have one spare MagLED lying around, and a Seoul P4 on its way from dealextreme. I'm at college now with no workspace to do this project. I also have no Artic Alumina epoxy, which I believe is one of the few things I need for this mod. I want to wow my roomate, who has no love for flashlight, and then give the MagLED as a gift over the summer. Whoever can do this mod for me can keep the original LuxIII and I'll pay shipping and a small fee, say $5-$7? It will be about a week until the Seoul arrives, but I'd like to line this up beforehand. Let's talk. I can probably do it for you. I have already done the Seoul mod to my magled and it is nice. I just want to make sure about what I am getting into. Is this a Mag brand MagLed module? Is the Seoul LED on a star or loose (by itself).
