whats the estimate lumens a seoul puts out @ 2.8 - 3 v

is there some formula to calculate

It depends what bin number, and the current you are driving it at. I believe a U-bin SSC ~3.6v at 750ma would be between 140 -160 lumens.

mine is running 2d so 3v i guess or little less driven @ 550ma on fresh or 450ma after cells break in some use

It depends. You can't really tell without knowing the characteristics of that particular LED. Even bin numbers lie sometimes so measuring is the best thing to do.

You realy have to measure the Vf and If of the led. Depending on the exact characteristics of the led you could expect from 5 right up to 50lm in that range.
