I have a G&P K2 7w on my C2 just got some ultrafire 3.6v 880mah batteries and the light output seems to be slowly getting brighter is this right or am i seeing things
does the K2 get brighter

Is there any way of you testing your "issue" (By way of light meter etc.)?

the Vf thing on a led changes over time and temp, which would cause it to draw more energy. kinda its own little nucelar meltdown 
so depending on the curcuit stuff, it could be getting brighter, just before it goes Dim permanentally

i thought i was going crazy and i might be but i dont have a light meter and i was only using 3.0v 900mah RCRs before if the light increase is any it is very little

nope just when I put the new batteries in it but i might need my eyes checked. Im not too concerned my cree drop in should be here tommrow

In do not see why not. LUX III's get brighter after initial use. I have seen this time and time again.
