Anyone tried a Carley 1499 in a Brinkmann Nexstar with 17500s??

Hi, I suppose this would be a better place to ask this..

Has anyone tried this? Is this a simple drop-in or is there other modifications and/or soldering involved?

Can I just buy the 1499, drop it in, buy the 2 X 17500, drop it in and turn it on and light comes on? Any other modifications involved?

Will 2 X 17500 work or will they be too long for the body?

How many torch lumens will this put out and for how long?

Very noob questions, I know, but I have a Nextstar coming and am wondering if this can be done.
