Order a Peak LED light with a SSC P4 LED! Yay!

I think they will put a SSC P4 in any of their lights that use Luxeons, but not for instance a Matterhorn, which uses 5mm LEDs. I am hoping they make an SSC materhorn with about the same output and L O N G runtime. Or maybe a two stage, so I can have both without having to buy both!

Sounds great! I just read in the Peak forums about the P4's coming out and the Volcano! Can't wait to see these in action :)

The new Peaks have many wish-list features and engineering acheivements not available [at least not readily] in previous Peak lights:

A waterproof clickie!
Variable output without multiple clicks [potentiometer type dial]
Newest, brightest and most efficient LEDs
Multiple battery options [ AA or cr123 in the same light]
Voltage sensing electronics to protect the batteries; and
Heads that are easy to upgrade with new Leds.

Pretty nice!
