Gladius - Night Ops - surprise.

This torch is well known to most of us for its quality and functionality. I got a bit surprise today when I popped in two rechargeable CR123s, both at 4V, and to my amazement, the torch retained all its functionality. It remains regulated at 8V :grin2:. I love my Gladius :laughing:.

Just FYI, the Gladius has a maximum input voltage of 7V as recommended by the manufacturer. I'd recommend using 3.0V RCRs.
