Is the Arc LS 10 year warranty good for secondary purchasers??

If an individual has a new Arc LS and I buy it off of them, do I still get the benefit of the Arc 10 year waranty on it? And, if so, would I just contact Arc directly with any problems?

Yes, we will honor the warranty. Previous exclusions like abuse, battery damage, etc apply of course.
