I've read several places they were going to be available sometime "mid-year", whatever that may mean.
I think the problem is that so many people have been waiting for the MN02, there may be a rush on them, and if you snooze, you lose.

Surefire is now taking pre-orders for the MN02 @ $15. It will be shipping soon but how soon is unknown. Time to get in line.
