CLOSED - NO LONGER FOR SALE

$39 (was $43) plus $5 for USPS priority shipping to a USA address (only). Paypal.

I only have one.

The tail switch is the type of "clickie" that is momentary on when partially depressed, then constant on if you push the switch in the whole way and let go. "Forward" clickie? Something like that.

I think it's a fantastic weather-proof walking light :)

Here's the runtime on NiMH batteries.

Full exposure, so you can see the smooth spill

Underexposed, so you can see how strong the hot spot is (for good throw)

Is there anything that you haven't SSC ed yet?

I know I'm going through the same thing.Any light with a lux I or III can be made better with a SSC and it's even EZer if it has a star.

Well, yes and no...some Lux lights using stars can be straight swapped with an SSCP4 star...some will require some adjustment (as this one does). People say the Edison Opto KLC8 (which like the SSCP4, also uses the Cree die) is better for straight swap outs with Luxeons...but the EOKLC8's output will usually produce a yellow'ish corona (can be an issue to some people).
