Tiny jags on new buying ARC-AAA(s) ~ QC Problems !!!

I bought four ARC-AAA P(s) last month from ARC website, two of them have tiny jags on the battery tube and some little disfigurement on the head. I would like to replace them for a new one, but I'm in China... Anyone can tell me how to process the warranty? (have sent emails to [email protected] & [email protected] but got no response)

The links worked for me...the defects are small, but not acceptable for a light of Arcs high standards and premium price IMO.

I expect Peter and Arc will take care of this.
