i want a blank license plate

where might i acquire one?

(or in other words, i want to make a custom plate off of that template)

I doubt u could actually get a blank, maybe u could get a digital picture of it, photoshop whatever u want on it and then have a sign shop/vynil shop print it on a pice of plastic the same size as a license plate.

Screen printers (like for t-shirts) supply. Or maybe a larger screen print shop would sell you a blank

Or buy something already printed -auto parts store, etc - and flip it over.

There used to be guys making "fake" plates at car shows that looked just like the real thing only in plastic. Last place I seen them at was at the Lead East Car Show in NJ.

I believe it was some kind of franchise though so there may be one in your area.
