NEED 2D ROP parts... HELP!!!!

i've been collecting parts for a ROP 2D and all i need now are the reflectors and the battery pack

Needed: 6AA to 2D battery pack
Metal Reflector Prefably Smooth or LOP (CAMMED so i can adjust focus)

does anyone know where i can find these IN STOCK????

Those cheaper ones might have a lot of resistance, so I would look into that first.

If you have enough money Fivemega has the removable cammed reflectors...which are nice...2 different styles...

I was also looking into building one of these.

Since the battery holders seem so hard to find does anybody make the sub c versions of the ROP anymore?

I need to spend an evening and read all the way thought the rop faq, takes some time.

Why not make your own battery pack? Or buy one made for you from CheapBatteryPack.com here. Just specify the triangle pack configuration, and he does the welding tabs that attaches them together (this shows 6 2/3A size configuration).

ok i got the reflector now... still wanting a battery pack... i went ahead and got some 2500ma NiMH AA's so that custom battery pack site is out..

I found some 8AA-2D adapters. Wondering if they will fit in my 10yr or so old 2D Mag with some Eneloop cells?

I would only use 6 or 7 batts and put in some dummys I guess.

Will this work?
