Just released (updated to include Kai's ones as well) at both DX and KD:

Specifications (compiled from DX & KD):
- Dimensions: 2.8/2.72 in x 0.83 in x 0.91/0.83 in
- Weight: 1.23/1.16 oz
- Uses original CREE XR-E P4 LED bulb
- Powered by one CR123A or RCR123A
- Aluminum micro-texture reflector
- Gives whopping 125/130 lumens
- Direct drive

Kai is selling the same lights and has more info up. Says they are direct drive. Not sure that I'm interested in a direct drive light for that price when I could buy the P1 clone, or the MDXL Cree 123 light each for under $15.

If they are DD , then if they are "Powered by one CR123A..." as stated, they may have considerable less output on one primary CR123.

Even This one (Spot Beam - HA-II Black) has a picture of a primary CR123 with the light .

Also, reflectors look about the same in each one of them, not sure if there is a spot or flood difference, perhaps just a change in the photography of the beam.
