Is it possible to mod a pelican M6 with a SCC using stock reflector? As I don't see alot of people modding a pelican light

I went to McGizmo in the "mods" sub-forum for some help with a Cree in the PM6 and the recommendation was to use a Seoul with the McGizmo module and reflector. You'll need a board too and it's all in the linked thread above. I have not had time to figure it all out yet but will post if I ever get time to do it. I also posted in this sub-forum (LED) about "modding" (not really a "mod") a PM6 by using a $12.50 Cree module I bought from DX. It really made this light bright and it throws noticeably farther. I have officially checked runtime but I have had a set of Titanium CR123As in it since I swapped the modules and have used it a lot - not just three-second "bursts" either. Seems to go much longer on a pair of cells than the original Lux III.
