Update on the HD star program for experimenter, modders, etc:
We received our first shipment of LXHL-MW1D. These are the High Dome White Luxeon Star mounted on a star PCB. We only received a partial shipment of what we requested. The bad news is I had to send them all back because they where P1K rank. 1 is the greenest tint they make. Since I didn't open the package and I have been bugging them about not taking our returns they are going to try to exchange them for me.
Once we get a good batch in, we are going to sell these to you including a NX05 optic for experiments, mods, etc. This is similar to the NW98s we have been selling from our website.
BTW, it does not appear that the EOS HD process has eliminated the occurrence of the greenish luxeon.
