So many 27LTs are being converted to Seoul or Cree that original Luxeons could become highly collectable.:ironic:

That's my excuse for not modding my Luxlll version anyway :laughing:

I'm surprised this has not gone yet. At this price it's great to keep as-is, or upgrade.

It's a shame--photos have never done justice to the 27LT, and you don't know what you're missing until you own one. It is, IMO, McGizmo's most successful flashlight design to date, and to hold a 27LT is to love it. The size, weight and balance are just right, while the somewhat triangular body couldn't feel more perfect in the hand. And this model for sale, with the Lux V LED, pumps out plenty of darkness-piercing lumens. All in all, a great price for an awesome light that definitely deserves a BUMP!

The 27LT will accept 2-123s or a 17670 for guilt free lumens. My camera is on the "fritz" so no beamshots. There are some very good articles on the 27LT that you can google on CPF or go to the McGizmo page and all of the stats should be there. Good luck.
